ERIN places great emphasis on the delivery of high quality products and services to its clients on time and on budget. Central to the achievement of this objective is a set of procedures based on:

Anticipation:<*dv_0*> Much wastage of time and resources can be avoided by pre-empting problems rather than waiting for them to happen. We therefore take great care when we take on a job, to anticipate any problems that may arise and to ensure that all the resources needed for successful execution are available.

Continuous monitoring:<*dv_2*> Each step, from the reception of a job specification to the delivery of the required product(s) or service(s), is logged. The log is regularly monitored by a job manager who is responsible for ensuring that deadlines and quality criteria are being met, and that they will continue to be met.

Learning: Whenever a deadline or quality criterion is not met it is important to discover the causes and to learn some lessons that can form the basis of measures that will prevent repetitions. Where responsibility for a performance shortfall is in part shared with the client we are always prepared, if asked, to enter into joint discussion of changed work procedures that might enable us to execute our respective tasks more effectively.
